Failed generations
A generation that fails before producing a usable result is refunded one Credit automatically and idempotently.
Recharge issues
If a confirmed payment does not add the purchased Credits, contact support@posuto.app with the Posuto order ID. Duplicate callbacks never add Credits twice.
